职位描述

• 工作职责：

  1. PR Gate Keeping. Check released PR list daily and check with end users for PR details, such as item detailed description, purpose
  2. Inquiry for PRs for new material or service, benchmark
  3. Order Acknowledgement and Confirmation.Check with vendors for the purchase order acknowledgement and confirmation
  4. System offline support and communication with vendor
  5. Internal Catalogue information upload to SAP. Maintain internal catalogue and log case to upload inter catalogue list to SAP
  6. Filing. Keep and file documents (contracts,agreements, vendor certificates, new vendor EHSS qualification sets)
  7. Apply company chop for related documents (import and customs clearance etc)
  
  1.公关把关；每天检查已发布的公关清单，并与最终用户核对公关细节，如物品的详细描述、用处等。
  2. 对新材料/服务的公关进行查询。
  3. 订单认可和确认；与供应商进行采购订单的认可和确认。
  4. 系统离线支持，与供应商沟通。
  5. 内部目录信息上传至SAP；维护内部目录并记录案例，将内部目录列表上传到SAP。
  6. 归档；保存和归档文件（合同、协议、供应商证书、新的供应商EHSS资格集）。
  7. 为相关文件申请公司印章（进口和清关等）。

• 岗位要求：

  1. Fluent in written English.
  2. Major in International Trade, Chemistry or Machinery is preferred.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and WORD.
  4. Familiar with data analysis or have experience with data analysis.
  5. Willing to learn new things, outgoing, team player, and able to work under limited supervision.
  6. Capable of working basically 4+full days each week.
  
  1.流利的书面英语。
  2.国际贸易、化学或机械专业优先。
  3.熟悉Excel电子表格和WORD软件。
  4.熟悉数据分析或有数据分析经验。
  5.愿意学习新事物，外向，有团队精神，能在有限的监督下工作。
  6.基本能每周工作4天以上。
