职位描述

• 工作职责：

  • Daily Tasks: 
  - To coordinate with internal colleagues to resolve the complaints from consumers and policy inquiry from retail shops. 
  - To collect the potential shop information from the questionnaire twice a week and send the information to relative SRs.  To get feedback from SRs and maintain the record.
  - Market information collection, including promotion information, digital creative ideas.
  - To assist the operational work of material delivery system and maintain tracking record.
  - Support business intelligence reports and data analysis. 
  • Project Based Tasks:
  -Assist to prepare project chart and update status.
  • Additional Tasks
  -Assist other daily work assigned by operation team.

• 岗位要求：

  • Education Background or Equivalent work experience (教育背景/工作经验)
  -Bachelor’s Degree, strong executive ability, and responsibility.
  • Technical/Software skill requirement （技能要求）
  -Ability to master office software, such as EXCEL, POWERPOINT. 
  • Position defined requirements （职位相关要求）
  -Good communication skill and fast learner 
  -Creative and innovative
  -Can provide internship 3 days/week at least.
  • Language Requirement （语言要求）
  -Good written English 
  • Preferred Skills （加分项）
  -Retail operations experience is a plus
