   8 or more successful years in the people/HR business.
   Confident enough to say “I’m a VERY GOOD” but desire to be stretched out more and be THE BEST.
   Willingness to commit to the TJK team and yourself.
   Current domicile in/near OR able to relocate to Shanghai.
