  Key Responsibilities:

  1.Conceptualizing and designing visually engaging marketing materials, including logos, social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, and more, aligned with client brand guidelines and objectives.
  根据客户品牌特点和宣传目标，构思并设计宣传材料，包括logo、社交媒体宣传图、线上平台广告、印制广告等。
  2.Collaborating closely with the creative team, account executives, and clients to ensure design concepts meet expectations and deliver a consistent brand experience.
  与公司创意团队、客户主管和客户密切合作，保证设计概念符合客户宣传目标，并确保整体品牌营销特点一致。
  3.Staying updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, sharing your insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  随时学习最新设计趋势、最佳设计方法和新兴技术，与团队分享知识以推动团队持续发展。
  4.Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas for client campaigns and projects.
  参与头脑风暴，为客户宣传活动提供思路。
  5.Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  需同时负责多个设计项目，并确保及时且高质量交付。

• 岗位要求：

  Requirements:
   任职要求
  1.A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  平面设计、美术或其他相关专业的本科（及以上）学历。
  2.1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.
  一至三年平面设计经验，有营销机构工作经验者优先。
  3.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  熟练使用Adobe创意套件（Illustrator、Photoshop、InDesign）等设计工具。
  4.A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
  申请时请附上作品集，展示创造能力、细节处理和多场景下的作品。
  5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for translating ideas into captivating visuals.
  沟通和协作能力优秀，善于利用迷人的视觉效果展现构思。
  6.Familiarity with working on WeChat, Weibo, and other social media platforms, with an understanding of platform-specific design requirements and best practices for engaging content creation.
  熟悉微信、微博等社交媒体平台相关的设计工作，了解平台特定的设计要求，以及参与内容创作的有效方法。
  7.Familiarity with xiumi.us a plus!
  有“秀米”工作经验者优先。
