OE Business Controller and Data Analysts

• 工作职责：

  Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
  · Support the business and management with key financial metrics, advice and insights
  · Provide business support to OE APAC regions, China/Asean/India
  · Track and analyze customer price changes and ensure data transparency, preparation of monthly FCOE file and pricing review
  · Support Monthly financial forecast: Cosimo, P&L simulation, reporting of financial package
  · Support Financial Budget: budgeting process, Cosimo upload, standard cost rate check
  · Support 5-Year Plan: Strategy Preview and Budget Preview
  
  Data Analysis
  · Analyzing customer financial performance, identify deviations, trends and bring to early notice to management team
  · Article wise analysis of each area pointing out the areas where attention is needed to proactively manage the situation in a timely manner
  · Use of statistical tools to analyse data and present Info in most effective manner for easy understanding and triggering actions
  · Prepare market/industry research to support business cases and also assist in forecasting and planning Internal Control
  · Apply corporate policies, ensure that accounting standards, legal regulations and corporate rules are adhered to Tools/ Template
  · Develop new or continuously improve existing financial analysis tools, especially utilizing Power BI
  · Manage & develop dashboards, automated reporting
  
  Others
  · Provide various scope/ level of training to non-financial function from time to time per business needs
  · Other scenarios analysis or business support
  · Various Approvals
