职位描述

• 工作职责：

  • Machine maintenance and setup. Mechanical parts repair of CNC machine. 机器安装及维护。
  • Trouble shooting the machining parts for counter measures. 快速解决问题及防范措施。
  • Leading problem solving activities and escalation on time. 领导解决问题及及时汇报给相关人员。
  • Create and maintain technical document such as FMEAs, machine instruction and TPM plan.
  创建及维护技术文档， 例如失效模式分析， 机器维护指引和维护计划。
  • Follow and contribute to related KPIs in VSM team. 跟进生产部门相关的生产指标。

• 岗位要求：

  • Familiar with G/M code programing. 熟悉程序编程G/M代码。
  • Fluent English. (Mechanical terms) 英语读写流利。
  • Optical knowledge and automation experience is preferred. 有光学和自动化设计经验更好。
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skill. 较强的沟通技巧和人际交往能力。
  • Result oriented. 以结果为导向。
