• 工作职责：

  PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
  
  • Execute the development process to ensure on time Buy Ready and commercialization process excellence. 
  • Execute adidas standard process to monitor that suppliers and manufacturing partners adhere to adidas-Group quality standards. 
  • Conduct final inspection on samples and bulks by ensuring that finished goods meet adidas requirements.
  
  YOUR TASKS:
  
  Development
  
  • Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders - Creation Centres, T1, T2, and various other parties - to drive the development, production, and shipment of product.
  • Execute all adidas process to ensure styles are developed on time and in good quality, includes checking the desired function, quality, size, cost and manufacturability, etc.
  • Monitor that all development samples, size sets, pre-sell and SMS are produced accurately, and are shipped on time.
  
  Production and quality
  
  • Audit and confirm sample quality in terms of workmanship, specifications, and other technical details to ensure all requirements are being followed correctly.
  • Support as required in development on pattern creation, fit, sample creation, test etc to ensure all development requirements are in place as per adidas required. 
  • Conduct final inspection by ensuring that finished goods meet adidas requirements.
  • Support line manager to drive suppliers to meet all key milestones & KPIs including monthly analysis of quality performance, with clear action plans and follow-up.
  
  Others
  
  • Work collaboratively with other LO functions in OC and LO Shanghai - materials, production, costing and quality teams etc. to ensure an on time buy ready/commercialization/quality performance.
  • Support the effective problem solving and continuous improvement. Timely escalation to line manager for anything not proper during the development and quality management process. 
  • Reports and analysis support to OC team when applicable.
  • Actively participant all learning/training session in both professional and personal development areas. 
  • Support any other requirement if any.

• 岗位要求：

  YOUR PROFILE:
  
  • College or university degree 
  • Technical or Engineering background preferred 
  • Part-time work experience in the apparel industry preferred
  • The basic knowledge on garment construction and manufacturing
  • Quick learning ability
  • Structural and logical thinking
  • Self-disciplined and motivated
  • Good communication skill including fluent in English for both written and spoken
