职位描述

• 工作职责：

  1.Participate in research projects, and accomplish some supportive tasks
  参与设计研究项目，完成辅助性的工作
  2.Assist project team to prepare documents such as proposal, questionnaires, interview outline etc.
  协助项目团队，准备资料，例如计划书、问卷、访谈或会议大纲等
  3.Collect and arrange project supportive information
  项目辅助资料收集与整理
  4.Assist team to make report and ppt
  协助制作报告，ppt
  5.Do desktop research to know new trends of design, and to collect relevant information
  进行桌面研究，了解设计趋势，并搜集相关素材
  6.Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor
    完成上级布置的其他任务

• 岗位要求：

  Requirements任职要求:
  1.Senior undergraduate or postgraduate in Design，Design Research, Ethnography, Society, Psychology, Marketing, Business etc.
  大四或者研究生在校学生，设计，设计研究，人类学，社会学，心理学，市场营销等相关专业；
  2.A passion for human centered design research
   热爱以人为本的设计研究
  3.Good skills in research and marketing analysis
   对设计有较好的整体把握能力，相当的市场分析和调研能力
  4.Those who are interested in current marketplace design trends and the effect of emotions, cultures, and beliefs on peoples’ needs and preference
  对当前市场设计趋势有兴趣的，希望探索并了解感情、文化和信念对人们的需求和偏爱所产生的影响的
  5.Overseas exposure or Multinational cooperation experience preferred
  留学海外或有国际公司实习经验者优先
  6.Excellent/Good ability to communicate in English. The master of Chinese would be a plus.
  优秀的中英文沟通能力
  7.At least three days a week, five days is preferred. Three months is required, six months is preferred.
   一周至少工作3天，能一周工作5天的优先考虑；至少实习3个月，能做6个月实习的优先考虑。
