职位描述

• 工作职责：

  - Assist to Project Construction management, Track and Maintain project information and costs/contract/ GC’s submission documents stamping be chopped.
  
  - Assist Costs Management, In-charge of all project payment procedure. assist PM to create PR, issue PO, good receive and cancel/change PO.
  
  - Assist maintenance management, follow up on maintenance issues to ensure the work completed according to timetable and standard.
  
  - Assist Reinstatement paperwork with PM.

• 岗位要求：

  - Bachelor degree with relevant working experiences, Major in Interior design, architecture or related plus
  
  - Well organized and detail-oriented
  
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
  - Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
  
  - Familiar with MS Office application, especially Excel, and proficient in English
