• 工作职责：

  The position of Salesforce Specialist (Intern)  will be responsible for maintaining daily operations of the Salesforce CRM System. This will include change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering and reporting.
  The Specialist will also be responsible for other functions as needed in order to maximize product efficiency and usefulness and meet the needs of the organization.

  Job Tasks:
  • Maintain data integrity such as accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities. Ensure duplicates are cleaned up and monitored on a regular basis.
  • Check that daily operations are being done correctly by the GTM Team by validating reports and KPI metrics created on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
   • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards. Modify as needed.
   • Maintain overall system configuration, change control, and enhancements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials.
   • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues for the UE Team, working with diverse user groups.
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of all Salesforce CRM System feature request(s) and development initiatives.
  Qualifications:
  • Organized and detailed oriented with a focus on data management
  • Ability to follow directions clearly and work independently
  • 1-2 years of any hands-on experience with the Salesforce CRM system.
