职位描述

• 工作职责：

  PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
  
  T2 & T2+1 supplier base data management and governance; build platform to share information to internal team and T2 supplier base; optimize reporting process and manage monthly KPI reports. 
  
  Notes:
  
  T2 means Material Suppliers who produce material and supply to adidas for product making.
  T2+1 means T2 supplier’s subcontractors and raw material suppliers.
  
  YOUR TASKS:
  
  • T2 and T2+1 supplier base data management and update.
  • Work with Senior Manager to develop SharePoint dashboard for information sharing to internal team and T2 suppliers base.
  • Support in developing and maintaining T2 capability matrix.
  • Co-work with materials planning team in managing T2 capacity overview.
  • Support Senior Manager to roll out Report robot tool to T1 supplier base.
  • Manage survey and DocuSign for T2 supplier base.
  • Manage and track project status for all locations.
  • Organize team meeting, facilitate workshop, prepare and combine meeting deck.

  YOUR PROFILE:
  
  • University Degree with majoring in Data management or Business Management.
  • Excellent Microsoft skill, good analytic skill, good at document drafting and PPT creation.
  • English, Mandarin, Cantonese
