  工作职责：
  1) Assist PPU /PUQ in clerical job 协助采购和供应商管理的相关工作
  2) Data maintenance by using IT tools, WorkOn, TLM, SAP system, 应用IT工具维护相关数据，如 Workon, TLM, SAP.
  3) Organize dept. Meeting. Record and follow up on matters reviewed on dept. meeting.
  组织部门会议，记录跟踪会议中需要处理的事项.
  4) Support in Purchasing projects such as:
   其它支持部门的工作如下：
      a. Tooling life and tooling assets management, Repeat tooling monitor,
           模具资产及寿命管理，复制模监控，
      b. PR/PO, Office MRO, Samples follow, 采购申请和订单的下达, 办公及MRO物料的采购。
      c. SAP Price input and check， SAP价格的输入和复合。
      d. N2580 (MaCS), Q-dashboard, Supplier Quality performance report, etc. 
          N2580 MaCS的发起，供应商质量月度报告

• 岗位要求：

  任职要求:
  1. Collage /University degree major in Engineering， Supply Chain Management，Mechanical major  related 大学本科学历，工程、供应商管理，机械相关相关专业。
  2. Ability to read and write English, Speaking is preferable 较好的英语听说读写能力，口语较好者优先。
  4. Familiar with MS Office like Excel, word, PPT，熟练运用ＭS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  5. Quick learner, good communication, discipline, and responsibility 快速学习，较好的沟通能力，纪律和责任性。
  6. Excellent study records and practice in college/university，学习优秀和实践能力强。
