HR Junior Specialist (Contractor)

职位描述
工作职责:
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day HR operations/transactional services and ensure the service is delivered with high quality and efficiency, including employment cycle (on boarding process, new hire orientation, transfer, exit procedures)
• Deliver benefits to employees, including commercial insurance, medical checkup, gear store etc.
• Act as contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR information database and respond to relevant informational requests
• Organize site events, such as outing, family day and annual party etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• 管理日常HR operations和事务性服务,确保服务的高质量和高效率,包括员工生命周期的各个环节(入职流程、新员工培训、员工调动、离职流程)。
• 为员工提供福利,包括商业保险、年度体检、gear store等。
• 作为员工与HR政策、流程和福利相关问题的主要联系人。
• 维护准确和最新的HR信息数据库,并响应相关的信息请求。
• 组织公司活动,如outing, family day 和 annual party等。
• 执行其他分配或要求的工作职责。岗位要求:
Qualifications
• New college graduate with HR-related internship experience, or 2+ years of HR-related work experience, Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in HR Operations and HR system is a plus
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proactive attitude with solution-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with compliance awareness
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
任职要求
• 具有HR相关实习经验的应届毕业生,或具备2年以上HR相关工作经验,本科及以上学历。
• 有HR Operation和HR system经验者优先。
• 有良好的团队合作精神,自我激励,能够在压力下工作。
• 积极主动,具有解决问题的思维方式。
• 注重细节,具有合规意识。
• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
