职位描述

• 工作职责：

  Understand and comprehend the company's core products.
  Communicate with clients to gather project requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into application requirements, ensuring that product development/customization meets client business needs.
  Plan and design product/system functionalities, drive key processes such as user interface design and development, and follow up on related testing and acceptance.
  Collect user feedback, participate in product design, and confirm improvement plans.
  Organize communication and coordination among relevant departments for requirement analysis-related work, and complete related reports.
  Other duties as assigned by leaders.

• 岗位要求：

  Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related business field.
  Minimum of 1 year of experience as a business analyst; good spoken English.
  Familiarity with the software development industry; proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Paint, etc.
  Ability to independently interact with clients; excellent communication skills; collect and interpret relevant user requirements, and provide training.
  Strong observation skills to identify issues during the requirement gathering process.
  Strong analytical skills to propose solutions/alternative designs to issues discovered to the software development team.
  Willingness to accept long-term overseas business trips.
