• 工作职责：

  Your Team
  As you might expect from a sports brand with running at its core, the Great China team at On is a fast-paced place to be. You’ll be part of the merchandising team APAC and co-working with a group of highly motivated individuals. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed- what else?
  
  This role is based in Shanghai, China.
  
  Your Mission:
  Sample Management:
  - Organize Apparel/Accessories samples by Collection/Product Type in preparation for Sales meeting and Internal Buy Reviews
  
  Tailored Assortment Tools: 
  - Assist in creating visual overviews by channel and country to inform channel leads and planner of product assortment status
  - Maintain line sheet (googlesheet) integrity according to product tailored assortment status
  
  Competitor and Trend Research:
  - Conduct online competitor analysis focusing on price, feature and benefits, and unique product launches

• 岗位要求：

  Your Story:
  - Business/Fashion majors preferred but not required
  - Proficiency in English and Chinese, study abroad experiences a plus
  - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Suite experience a plus)
  - Previous internship experience in sportswear/fashion industry a plus
  - Strong communication and organizational skills
  - Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
