• 工作职责：

  上海迪士尼度假区市场部创意团队诚招实习生，主要负责：与团队一起为不同项目提供创意及设计，包括平面，digital和视频等，能够产出具有洞察和故事性的创意想法，同时，实习生将有机会与不同广告公司、制作公司合作。实习生需协助跟进第三方工作，确保其遵循迪士尼规章制度和流程，协助同事完成项目合同的签订。实习生将有机会了解上海迪士尼度假区历年不同项目的创意内容，并协助进行资源整合。
  Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking Creative Interns (Art-based) to join Marketing Creative Team and work closely with team members to be creative in design graphics and visuals used in print, digital and video platforms for different campaigns, provide insightful ideas with great story telling concepts. He/She will have chance to work closely with ad agencies and production house to accomplish the projects. As well as supporting various contracts with 3rd party, proceed under company process, working with other LOBs to make sure the projects moving, and assets pool management. He/She will have chance to get familiar with our creative contents throughout years, and will support in documentation of creative assets.

  Be creative in design graphics and visuals used in print, digital and video platforms for different campaigns
  Provide insightful ideas with great story telling concepts
  Produce creative work with great art direction
  Select and create photography for use in print and electronic communication vehicles
  Collaborate and participate in brainstorming and meetings with teammates and key business partners
  Support in organizing various creative assets
  Assist the development, processing, and administration of various contracts/licenses; intellectual property rights; and corporate/business unit policy development.
  Assist and coordinate the sourcing, legal and finance team to review all 3rd party contract details, and follow up the progress.
  美术/设计/广告/传媒相关专业优先
  熟练使用相关办公软件，如Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等
  熟悉中国各类社交媒体平台
  良好的人际沟通能力、团队协作能力
  具备快速学习能力，做事积极主动，能独立解决问题
  具备中文及英文沟通、书写能力
  良好的抗压性，适应快节奏工作
  具备充足的体力和脑力支持设计制作和园内拍摄
  愿意适当承担一定量的加班和额外工作
