英语翻译实习生可转正急招实习

职位描述

• 工作职责：

  1. Assist the team to do the company documents translation.
  协调团队翻译公司文件，进行英文资料校对和排版。
  
  2. Help with English to Chinese or Chinese to English simultaneous interpreting.
  帮助进行英译中或中译英同传翻译。
  
  3. Assist in the administration of the company, including the management and maintenance of the company's facilities and office supplies and equipment to create a safe, comfortable and healthy office environment.
  协助公司行政管理，包括管理和维护公司设施和办公用品、设备，营造安全、舒适、健康的办公环境。
    
  4. Organize/support company conferences, events and employee activities, e.g. annual dinner, quarterly meeting, family day, thanks-giving day, tech day and others.
  协助组织/支持公司会议，活动和员工活动，例如年度晚宴，季度会议，家庭日，感恩日，技术日等。
  
  5. Participate ad-hoc projects when required.
  在需要时参与临时项目。

• 岗位要求：

  1. A current student of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  本科或硕士在读生； 
  
  2. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin, proficiency in reading and writing English; overseas study experience or major in English translation or simultaneous interpretation is preferred. Translation of material related to medical devices, with industry experience preferred.
  能用英语和普通话流利的进行交流是加分点，精通英语读写能力，有海外留学经历或者英语翻译、同传等相关专业优先；翻译资料涉及医疗器械相关，有行业经验者优先；
  
  3. A minimum of three days per week for a continuous internship cycle of three months or more is required to be available as soon as possible.
  每周至少实习三天以上，持续三个月以上的实习周期，可以尽快到岗；
  
  4. Proficient in MS Office, good learning ability, conscientious and careful, good communication skills and ability to work independently
  熟练使用MS Office，具备较好的学习能力，做事认真仔细，有良好的沟通能力，具有独立工作能力；
  
  5. Open-minded, strong sense of responsibility, enterprising and team spirit, able to work under certain pressure.
  性格开朗，责任心强，具有进取心和团队精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
