• 工作职责：

   Assist in receiving and delivering warehouse materials, including incoming material acceptance, inspection, and warehousing, assist the production workshop to obtain materials and finished products into the warehouse.
  协助仓库物料的收发，包括来料验收、送检和入库，协助生产车间领料以及成品入库。
   Learn to manage and track ERP warehouse receiving and material requisition process to ensure consistency of logistics and system information.
  学习管理和追踪ERP系统的仓库收货和领料流程，确保物流和系统信息保持一致。
   Systematic scanning of materials daily, keep track of inventory status at any time, and conduct standardized batch number management.
  日常对物料做系统扫描，随时掌握库存状态，进行规范化的批号管理。
   Supervise and implement the warehouse 6S management system, keep the warehouse neat and beautiful, make the materials and equipment sorted and stored neatly.
  协助落实仓库6S管理制度，保持库房的整齐美观，使物资设备分类排列，存放整齐。
   Help to check material inventory monthly, statistics and report making, ensure the system quantity is consistent with the actual.
  协助主管每月的物料盘点，统计并制作报表，确保系统数量和实物一致。
   Learn to standardize the scientific area management of the warehouse, familiar with the varieties, specifications and material numbers of the company's products and materials.
  学习如何规范仓库的科学分区管理，熟悉公司产品和物料的品种、规格及料号。
  Help with the safety management of the warehouse, regularly check the fire-proof, moisture-proof and anti-theft facilities of the warehouse and avoid loopholes in time.
  协助做好仓库的安全管理工作，定期检查库房的防火、防潮、防盗设施，及时避免漏洞。
   Coordinate internal and external communication, including contact with sales department for shipping and delivery needs, contact with logistics company for delivery and logistics tracking, etc.
  进行内外部的协作沟通，包括与销售部门联系发货和送货需求以及与物流公司联系派车和跟踪物流等。
   Assist in logistics delivery, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors when needed.
  协助进行物流打包发货，需要时完成上司交待的其他任务。

• 岗位要求：

  Job Requirement 岗位要求
  
   College degree or above, major in logistics management or related is preferred.
  大专学历或以上，物流管理等相关专业优先。
   Warehouse and logistics management related internship experience is preferred.
  有仓库与物流管理相关的实习经验优先考虑。
   Basic English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above is preferred.
  有基础的英语读写能力，大学英语四级或以上优先考虑。
   Familiar with computer office software such as WORD, EXCEL operation.
  熟悉电脑办公软件如WORD，EXCEL的操作。
   Work seriously responsible, careful, and patient, diligent and organized.
  工作认真负责、细心耐心，勤快有条理。
   Good at communication, learning ability and adaptability.
  善于沟通，学习能力与适应能力强。
   Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and as a team player.
