职位描述

• 工作职责：

  Main duties 主要职责：
  
  1. Manage and maintain include school network, servers, storage, IP phone, CCTV, access control, broadcasting, TV announcement etc.
  管理和维护包括学校网络、服务器、存储、IP电话、CCTV、门禁、广播、电视广播等。
  2. Support for Microsoft office 365, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Windows AD, OA, ISAMS etc. 
  支持Microsoft office 365, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Windows AD, OA, ISAMS等。 
  3. Participate into daily end user support for issues like desktop troubleshooting, printing issue. 
  参与终端用户的日常支持，如桌面故障排除、打印问题等。 
  4. IC card printing, authorization. 
  IC卡印制及授权。 
  5. Theatre lighting and AV equipment operation. 
  学校剧院灯光及影音设备操作。 
  6. Participate into school events and conferences that require IT support. 
  参加学校需要IT支持的活动和会议。

• 岗位要求：

  Skills and Experience Needed for the Job 任职要求：
   
  1. Full-time undergraduate student. 
  全日制本科在读。
  2. Basic skills in communication, problem solving.
  沟通、解决问题的基本能力。
  3. Excellent learning ability, able to quickly become familiar with new IT systems (like OA or system for school management). 
  具备优秀的学习能力，能够快速熟悉新的IT系统(如OA或学校管理系统)。
  4. Be a good team player. 
  乐于团队合作。 
  5. Ability to communicate in English is essential. 
  能够使用英语进行日常口语、日常邮件沟通。
