职位描述

• 工作职责：

  1. 负责办理中籍员工的入职手续，以及申请新员工的相关系统账号，安排员工宿舍。
  Responsible for the entry procedures for local staff. Apply for the OA account, email account and the HR system account for the new staff, cooperate with the GA colleague to prepare the dormitory for new staff.                                                                            
  2. 负责办理员工离职手续。
  Help the departure staff to complete handover procedures.
  3. 负责带新外籍教师拍签证照片以及带外籍教师到医院进行体检。
  Accompany the new expat teachers to the photo studio to take visa photos and go to the hospital for medical examination.
  4. 协助办理外籍教师居留许可及工作证延期。
  Help to extend the work permit and residence permits. Prepare the relevant documents for employees two months prior to expiration.
  5. 负责员工档案的管理及员工基础信息的维护，劳动合同及相关证书的管理。
  Manage the profiles of local and expat staff, maintain a wide variety of information, files, and records (e.g. contracts, certificates, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date reference.                                                                                       
  6.负责员工考勤管理以及员工考勤的收集。
  Responsible for the staff attendance record management and collection

• 岗位要求：

  任职资格 Core Professional / Other Competencies required：
  1. 全日制本科在读。
  Full-time undergraduate student.
  2. 沟通、解决问题的基本能力。
  Basic skills in communication, problem solving.
  3. 劳动法、人力资源政策、地方法规的基本知识。
  Basic knowledge in labor law, human resource policy, local regulation.
  4. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
  Good English speaking, writing and listening skills.
  5. 工作高效、细心。
  Work efficiently and carefully.
