职位描述

• 工作职责：

  Primary Responsibilities:
  
  1. Interview coordination, including meeting room reservation, candidates pick up etc.
  2. Job posting on internal & external channels.
  3. HR warehouse management such as crystal trophy, employee handbooks, benefit hand books.
  4. Handle the full lifecycle of internship including check in & out 5. documents preparation, filing, attendance record collection etc.
  5. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

  Qualifications Required: 
  
  1. Fluent in written and verbal English.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  3. Capable of working basically 3 full days each week for 3 months, ASAP.
