• 工作职责：

   Responsible for the collection of quality management system documents, and help organizing training, implementation, and enforcement.
  负责质量管理体系文件的收集，并协助组织培训、推行和落实。
   Assist in the daily supervision and management of system operation, organize internal audits and management review.
  协助体系运行的日常监督管理，协助组织实施内部审核及管理评。
   Coordinate the third-party audit and carry out daily on-site supervision of production safety.
  协调第三方审核，日常进行安全生产的现场监督。
   Responsible for the follow-up and verification of corrective and preventive measures during the operation of the system.
  负责体系运行过程中纠正预防措施的跟踪及验证。
   Collect external documents and help to organize internal dissemination and training in the company.
  收集外来文件，并协助组织在公司内部宣贯、培训。
   Report regularly to supervisors on the operation of the company's quality management system and develop continuous improvement programs.
  定期向上级领导汇报公司质量管理体系运行情况，并制订持续改进方案。
   Assist in identifying quality problems and propose solutions timely and revise quality standards.
  协助发现质量问题及时提出解决办法，修订质量标准。
   Assist in after-sales quality tracking and investigation of products and propose opinions & solutions to feedback on quality.
  协助产品售后质量跟踪调查，对反馈质量意见提出建议和解决办法。

• 岗位要求：

  Requirement要求：
   Preferably majoring in Electronics, Mechanics, Medicine, with tertiary education and above.
  电子、机械、医药类等理工科专业优先，大专及以上学历。
   Have some understanding of medical device related laws and regulations, familiar with medical device production quality management standard (GMP) requirements.
  对医疗器械相关法律法规、医疗器械生产质量管理规范（GMP）要求有所了解。
   Familiar with quality management system, relevant internship or work experience is preferred.
  熟悉质量管理体系，有相关的实习或工作经验优先。
   Experience in ISO13485, ISO9001 quality management system certification is preferred.
  了解ISO13485、熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系认证的工作，有相关经验优先。
   Familiar with the preparation and application of quality management system documents, and able to organize the standardization process according to the requirements of regulations and standards.
  熟悉质量管理体系文件的编写及运用，能按法规标准要求整理规范流程。
   Strong execution ability, proactive, conscientious, and responsible, with teamwork spirit.
  具有较强的执行力，工作积极主动，认真负责，富有团队合作精神。
   Strong logical thinking ability, good language communication and written expression ability.
  逻辑思维能力强，有良好的语言沟通和文字表述能力。
