  岗位职责：
  1.协助市场活动策划与执行：协调内部团队和外部合作伙伴以及协助线上及线下市场活动；
  Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns; coordinate internal/external teams and support online/offline initiatives;
  2.媒体内容创作与公共关系：新闻稿翻译、校对与撰写；
  Media content & PR: Translate, proofread and draft press releases;
  3.数字营销与社交媒体运营，以及社交媒体数据监测；
  Digital marketing, social media operation and data monitoring;
  4.渠道合作与伙伴关系：协助与流媒体平台沟通争取优质资源位和联合推广；
  Channel & partnership development: Liaise with streaming platforms for premium placements and joint promotions;
  5.市场分析与洞察：协助部门持续追踪音乐行业趋势数据。
  Market analysis & insights: Track music industry trends.

• 岗位要求：

  1.2026届以及2027届本科及以上在校生，专业不限但需对音乐行业有热情。熟悉音乐行业发展趋势与平台运营逻辑，具备敏锐的行业洞察力加分；
  Bachelor's degree or above (domestic/international, graduating in 2026 or 2027). Majors are not restricted, but candidates should have passion and insights into the music industry. Familiar with music industry development trends and platform operation logic, paired with keen industry insight is a plus;
  2.技能要求：熟练使用 Excel、PPT等办公软件；及各类社交媒体工具；
  Technical Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office and various social media platforms and tools;
  3.出色的中英文书面&表达能力；
  Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency in both English and Chinese；
  4.  优秀的沟通与协调能力， 团队合作精神；
  Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong teamwork spirit;
  5. 掌握简单设计及视频剪辑等软件。
  Proficient in basic design, video editing and other related software.
