  部门简介：
  环球音乐（UMG）国际合作部，是全球艺人在大中华区发展的专属一站式业务中心：是一个既有全球视野，又懂本地市场的本土团队。与此同时，我们也会帮优秀的中国艺人走向国际，拓宽他们的职业发展空间。
  International Cooperation Department is an exclusive one-stop HUB for all UMG global artists' career development in the Greater China region. We also will bring excellent Chinese artists to the globe and enhance their career possibilities.
  
  岗位职责：
  1.协助部门推进整体方案策划，负责艺人介绍物料的筹备工作；
  Support the department in advancing overall project planning and take charge of preparing artist profile materials;
  2.协助制定社交媒体策略方案，并开展日常运营相关事宜；
  Assist in formulating social media strategic plans and support the execution of daily operational activities;
  3.负责行业数据的收集整理，日常事务辅助等.
  Undertake industry data collection and collation, and provide support for daily administrative tasks.

• 岗位要求：

  1.2026届以及2027届本科及以上在校生，专业不限但需对音乐行业有热情，熟悉音乐行业发展趋势，具备敏锐的行业洞察力加分;
  Bachelor's degree or above (domestic/international,graduating in 2026 or 2027). Majors are not restricted, but candidates should have passion and insights into the music industry. Familiar with music industry development trends , paired with keen industry insight is a plus;
  2.技能要求：熟练使用 Excel、PPT等办公软件；
  Technical Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office ;
  3.出色的中英文书面&表达能力;
  Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency in both English and Chinese;
  5.执行力与责任心，工作认真细致，能按时完成多任务处理;
  Execution & Responsibility: Meticulous and diligent; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  6.沟通协作能力，跨部门及对外沟通过程中，可以清晰传递需求、同步工作进展;
  Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong cross-departmental/external communication skills; able to articulate requirements and sync work progress;
  7.密切追踪国内社交媒体趋势，具备创新思维；
  Follow domestic social media trends closely and creative;
  8. 熟练运用视频剪辑与图片软件及各类社交媒体工具.
  Video editing and photoshop on cell phone app,and various social media platforms and tools.
