  Domestic Market Department strives to bridge music resources and market demands. Via innovative marketing strategies and diverse communication channels, we drive the market launch of top artists and their works, delivering strong support for UMG China's artist promotion, music marketing and brand communication.
  
  职位介绍：
  1. 协助环球官方账号新媒体矩阵运营，负责艺人 / 歌曲相关文案创作、短视频制作，制定社媒发布计划，跟踪内容互动数据;
  Support the operation of UMG's official new media matrix, including content creation for artists/songs, short video production, developing social media posting schedules, and tracking content engagement metrics.
  2. 捕捉市场动向特点及需求，根据不同社交平台传播优势特点和玩法，产出艺人和歌曲向爆款营销方案与内容创意;
  Identify market trends, characteristics, and demands; leverage the communication strengths, features, and mechanics of different social platforms to develop viral marketing plans and content ideas focused on artists and songs;
  3.日常统筹音乐发行项目，对接外部合作方及内部跨部门，确保上线进度与物料交付;
  Coordinate music distribution projects on a daily basis, liaise with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure launch timelines and material delivery;
  4.支持市场部内部流程工作，保障日常工作顺畅推进。
  Support internal marketing department processes to facilitate the smooth operation of daily work.

• 岗位要求：

  1.2026届以及2027届本科及以上在校生，市场营销、音乐等相关专业优先，需对音乐行业有热情，熟悉音乐行业发展趋势;
  Bachelor's degree or above (domestic/international, graduating in 2026 or 2027), with Marketing, Music, or other related majors preferred. Must be passionate about the music industry and familiar with its development trends;
  2.技能要求：熟练操作 Excel、PPT 等办公软件；熟练使用主流设计/剪辑工具（PS/PR、剪映等），可独立制作基础图文/短视频，具备一定审美;
  Proficient in office software such as Excel and PPT; skilled in mainstream design/video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut), able to independently create basic graphics and short videos with a basic aesthetic sense;
  3.良好的英文表达能力;
  Good English proficiency;
  4.深入了解社交媒体各类推广资源及活动的运作机制，网感强，文字表达能力突出;
  Thorough understanding of the operation mechanisms of various social media promotion resources and activities, strong social media sensitivity, and excellent written communication skills.
  5.擅长沟通，包括与上级、跨部门的沟通，有良好的协作能力;
  Good communication skills, including communication with superiors and cross-functional teams, and strong collaboration abilities.
  6.具备多任务处理及抗压能力，具备较强的责任心与执行力，能适应快节奏的项目推进节奏。
  Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution capability, and able to adapt to the fast-paced project progress.
  加分项:：
  有相关经验者优先加分：包括但不限于 —— 参与过音乐类社交媒体账号的运营 / 内容创作；协助过音乐发行、艺人推广或娱乐营销项目等;
  Relevant experience is a plus: including but not limited to participation in the operation/content creation of music-related social media accounts; assisting with music release, artist promotion, or entertainment marketing projects;​
  对音乐行业热点有较高的敏感度，具备敏锐的行业洞察力加分。
  High sensitivity to music industry trends and keen industry insights are also a plus.
