  部门介绍：
  环球音乐数位部，负责与国内及海外各大音乐平台合作，从版权谈判，到日常歌曲运营。高效及专业的团队使环球音乐内容在国内外获得最大曝光，同时兼顾拓展环球艺人与平台展开深度合作。
  Responsible for collaborating with major domestic and overseas music platforms, ranging from copyright negotiations to daily music operations. Our efficient and professional team maximizes the exposure of UMG's content globally while simultaneously facilitating in-depth collaborations between UMG artists and platforms, ultimately achieving the company's revenue targets.
  
  岗位职责：
  1.日常新歌上架的信息收集与整理;
  Daily collection and organization of information for new song releases.
  2.对接上游版权方的发行需求，实时跟进歌曲发行进度与情况;
  Liaise with upstream copyright holders on release requirements; track release progress and status in real-time;
  3.协助沟通平台的处理日常运营、上架事宜;
  Assist in communicating with platforms to handle daily operations and release matters;
  4.协助部门内其他信息汇总、沟通处理等工作;
  Support other internal information compilation, communication and coordination tasks;
  5.重点项目的跟进落实，确保项目顺利进行，整理数据报告。
  Track and implement key projects to ensure smooth progress; compile data reports.

• 岗位要求：

  1.2026届以及2027届本科及以上在校生，专业不限但需对音乐行业有热情，熟悉音乐行业发展趋势与平台运营逻辑，具备敏锐的行业洞察力加分;
  Bachelor's degree or above (domestic/international, graduating in 2026 or 2027). Majors are not restricted, but candidates should have passion and insights into the music industry. Familiar with music industry development trends and platform operation logic, paired with keen industry insight is a plus;
  2.技能要求：熟练使用 Excel、PPT等办公软件;
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
  3.良好的英文表达能力;
  Good English proficiency;
  4.沟通协作能力：具备出色的对外沟通能力，能高效协调各方需求，推动跨方协同落地;
  Communication & Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated excellent external communication abilities, able to effectively align needs across parties and drive cross-stakeholder collaboration to successful implementation;
  5.责任与执行能力：责任心极强，执行力突出，工作态度严谨细致;
  Responsibility & Execution: Strong sense of responsibility, outstanding execution capability, and a rigorous, meticulous work attitude;
