  部门简介：
  环球音乐数位部，负责与国内及海外各大音乐平台合作，从版权谈判，到日常歌曲运营。高效及专业的团队使环球音乐内容在国内外获得最大曝光，同时兼顾拓展环球艺人与平台展开深度合作。
  Responsible for collaborating with major domestic and overseas music platforms, ranging from copyright negotiations to daily music operations. Our efficient and professional team maximizes the exposure of UMG's content globally while simultaneously facilitating in-depth collaborations between UMG artists and platforms, ultimately achieving the company's revenue targets.
  
  岗位职责：
  1. Be aware of the process of Digital Production Launching;
  了解数位发行的流程，学习上线系统操作;
  2. Follow up the process of Digital Production Team; 
  跟进产品团队的日常进度;
  3. Summarize and Categorize the Digital Master file;
  汇总和整理数位资产曲库;
  4.  Communicate and cooperate with internal and outside department.
  对内外各部门交流协作.

• 岗位要求：

  1.2026届以及2027届本科及以上在校生，专业不限但需对音乐行业有热情，熟悉音乐行业发展趋势与平台运营逻辑，具备敏锐的行业洞察力加分;
  Bachelor's degree or above (domestic/international, graduating in 2026 or 2027).Majors are not restricted, but candidates should have passion and insights into the music industry.Familiar with music industry development trends and platform operation logic, paired with keen industry insight is a plus;
  2.技能要求：熟练使用 Excel、PPT等办公软件;
  Technical Requirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc);
  3.良好的英文表达能力;
  Good English proficiency;
  4. Has strong executive ability and a strong sense of responsibility；
  执行能力强，工作责任心强;
  5. Science and engineering background, highly logical, have a passion for music.
